Multi-Step Inspection Process
Every component that enters our supply chain is put through a thorough, multi-step inspection to ensure it meets Chipstock’s strict quality standards. Our trained quality assurance team evaluates each part visually and dimensionally, identifying any signs of damage, irregularities, or inconsistencies. We check for accurate labeling, packaging integrity, date codes, and manufacturer markings — all to ensure components are authentic and match your specifications before they ever reach your production line.

Advanced Testing & Analysis
For components requiring deeper validation, we partner with certified third-party labs to conduct advanced testing in line with AS6081 and IDEA-STD-1010 standards. These procedures include X-ray imaging, XRF material analysis, blacktop and acetone testing, solderability assessments, and chemical decapsulation. When needed, we also perform electrical and functional testing. This level of scrutiny helps detect counterfeits, identify remarking, and verify that every part performs as expected under real-world conditions.

Full Traceability & Certification
We believe in total transparency. Every verified component ships with a full Certificate of Conformance (COC) and supporting documentation, giving you clear traceability back to the source. Our tracking process includes manufacturer data, country of origin, MSL handling, RoHS and lead-free compliance, and more.
